Are we following on the right path in life? Proverbs 4:11-12, I have taught you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in right paths. When you walk, your steps will not be hindered, and when you run, you will not stumble. When you are following after Jesus, you can always ask Him what is the right path or paths for my life?
Each day we choose which path we will take. Jesus wants us to choose the narrow path that leads to life instead of the broad path that leads to destruction. Matthew 7:13-14. The narrow path is the right path that leads to eternal life with Jesus. The ways of the world, death and destruction are on the broad path. Choose Jesus and choose life! Being in God's presence is the best!
2 Samuel 22:29, You, Lord, are my lamp; the Lord turns my darkness into light. We have been talking about the path we choose to walk. Each day when have a choice to decide which path we will walk. Make sure you choose Jesus on your journey. Jesus can turn any situation around for you. Choose to walk in His light and come out of darkness.
Psalm 119:105, Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. God's word illuminates the path we are to walk. Trust in the Lord with all of your heart, lean not unto your own understanding and in all of your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path. God's will is easy when you are trusting and following after Him!
God has a plan for your life. Jeremiah 29:11-13, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. 12 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. Following Jesus and serving Him everyday of our life is the plan of God. Jesus is our future and our hope. Oh, God, we seek you, our hope!
Luke 2:11-12, For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. 12 And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.” Isaiah 9:6 says, For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Let Jesus come into your life and be all these things for you!
Matthew 1:21-23, And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” 22 So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: 23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” Jesus is the ultimate gift to the world. God loves you!
God's love revealed to us is His gift of Jesus. John 3:16, For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in His should not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus came to give us eternal life, hope, peace, life and joy! Jesus is the complete package!
Jesus came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:9-10). Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (I John 3:8). Jesus came to bring light to a dark world (John 12:46) and Jesus came to bear witness to the truth (John 18:37). Jesus give us life, light and hope!
Learn to live a life of thanksgiving everyday! I Thessalonians 5:18, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Don't allow yourself to gripe and complain. Philippians 2:14, do all things without complaining and arguing. Also, don't compare yourself with others. Begin to thank God for what you have rather than comparing yourself with others. Give thanks every day with a grateful heart!
Psalm 73:28, but it is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all Your works. In these ever changing times we need to stay close to Jesus and learn to listen to His voice. When you are staying close to the Lord you are spending time with Him in worship, prayer and His word. Take a moment to honor the Lord and learn to stay close to Him!
Isaiah 33:6, Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, And the strength of salvation; The fear of the Lord is His treasure. You can have stability in these fast paced changing times. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and Jesus is the strength of our lives. Build you life upon the Rock, Jesus!
We as Christians need to stand firm in these changing times. There is uncertainty in the world's eyes but our hope is in Jesus. I Corinthians 15:58 says, Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. We need to continue to pray, stand firm on the Word of God and continue to put our trust in the Lord!
Colossians 2:6-7, As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7 rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Firmly establish your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will have a firm foundation for the troubling times that this world brings.

Jesus, I ask You to forgive me of my sins. I want You to come and live in my heart. You are my Lord and Savior. I believe You died for my sins and arose from the dead and with my mouth I confess You as my Savior.
Thank You for saving me, amen!
Romans 10:9-10, that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
