John 15:11, These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. True joy comes from abiding in Jesus, loving each other and obeying His word. The world can give you temporary joy but Jesus gives everlasting joy that is eternal! When you find Jesus you will find true joy! The world cannot give it and the world cannot take it away.
In His presence is fullness of joy! This is what Psalms 16:11 tells us. One definitions of joy is happiness based on spiritual realities. God gives us supernatural joy that no circumstance can take away. When you find Jesus you find real joy. There are things in this world that gives us joy but true joy comes from having a relationship with God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Ghost!
There is a rest in the God that nothing can compare to it! Hebrews 4:9, There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. Jesus also told us to come to Him when we are weary and heavy laden. Mt. 11:28-30 Jesus is the one to come to when the weight of the world is bringing you down. In Jesus you will find a rest like none other!
Deuteronomy 30:9, ......For the Lord will again rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced over your fathers. God loves you! He takes great joy in you. You are His son or daughter. He is our Father! Just like a natural father takes joy in his children so does our Father God. Joy is a lasting emotion that comes from a choice to trust God will fulfill His promises. To have salvation alone is great joy! Watch us on Youtube @ Brian and Dana Moomey.
2 Peter 1:4, God made great and marvelous promises, so His nature would become part of us. Then we could escape our evil desires and the corrupt influences of this world. God gives us a way of escape. Do we always choose His way of escape? There are great and precious promises to us in His Word. Promises of protection, escape, deliverance, joy, peace, love and list can keep on going. His promises to us are endless! Trust in Him and He will set you free!
2 Peter 1:3-4 tells us God has given us all things that pertain unto life and godliness and He has given us exceeding great and precious promises that we can be a partaker if His divine nature and escape the corruption that is in the world through lust. Satan tries to constantly deceive us. He lies to us trying to keep us off course from following God. Don't let him deceive or pretend in your life! Follow the truth of God's holy word!
John 17:17 tells us His Word is Truth! There are 3 scriptures references that tell us God cannot lie. (Hebrews 6:18, Titus 1:2, Numbers 23:19) His Word is Truth! You can count on it. You can rely on His Word. You can trust Him and His Word. The enemy is the one who comes to steal, kill and destroy. The devil will try to make it look like God but it is really him. Look to His Word and find freedom, help, healing, deliverance, hope, love and so much more!
Hebrews 4:12 tells us the Word of God is alive and powerful! God's word will work for you in any area of your life. God's word speaks to you when you read or listen to His word. God's word has worked in our lives and He will do the same for you!
This is 5 short clips put together about God's majestic power and the beauty of His creation. Enjoy!
God does not change, His Word does not change, sin never changes, the penalty of sin never changes and the plan of salvation never changes. We are the ones who need to change. God has to be the object of my change. What is Godly change for our lives? To love God and serve Him with all of your heart, mind and strength and to love your neighbor as yourself! John 8:32, and you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. God's truth in His word liberates us from sin. Knowing and putting into practice the word of God is true freedom! If you have an addiction and would like to be free say, Jesus is truth and Jesus sets me free from this addiction (name the addiction). Watch Jesus work in your life and set you free!
We continue to talk about End Times and the Rapture. The Rapture is when all believers in Christ will be taken from the earth by God into heaven. (I Corinthians 15:51-52 and I Thessalonians 4:16-17) Those of us who are watching and praying will be changed in the twinkling of an eye! In the meantime, we should continue to stand firm, don't be shaken, and keep busy working for the Lord until He comes! Knowing that everything you do for Him is worthwhile. (I Cor. 15:58)
As families life is filled with choices. Some are major life choices and others are small choices but all are very important. One big choice you can make is serving God. Joshua 24:15, but as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. Serving God is a wise and healthy choice. He always loves us and will never let us down. Choose Jesus for your family!!
Are you ready for the rapture? Live your life for Jesus everyday and be watching and waiting for His return. You really don't want to be around for the tribulation. 2 Peter 3:10, But the day of Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare." Revelation 22:20, He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming soon." Amen. Come Lord Jesus, come!

Jesus, I ask You to forgive me of my sins. I want You to come and live in my heart. You are my Lord and Savior. I believe You died for my sins and arose from the dead and with my mouth I confess You as my Savior.
Thank You for saving me, amen!
Romans 10:9-10, that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
