A tribute to those who lost their lives and those who sacrificed to save lives on 9/11/2001.
On the scientific dooms day clock it is 90 seconds to midnight. We know that we are in the end times with God's clock. Matthew 24 and 2 Timothy 3 both describe the way things will be in the end times. As Christians our trust and hope is in God Almighty, Jesus our Savior and the Holy Spirit. We are watching and waiting for His soon return and at the same time trusting in Him through all of the end time events! Keep your eyes on Jesus!
God loves you. He wants what is best for you. You are important to Him. 2 Corinthians 5:17, Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Your pass becomes your pass and your future becomes a new life in Jesus filled with love, peace, joy and so much more! The Great I AM is always on your side when you have accepted Jesus as your Savior!
God's love and grace is still amazing! It is a sweet sound to us! We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Grace is God's power working in our lives when we are weak. He empowers us to do what we need to do! Just like the song says, "through many dangers, toils, and snares, I have already come. Tis grace that brought me safe thus far and grace will lead me home! His grace is truly amazing!
James 1:8 tells us not to be double minded. When we are double minded we are unstable in all of our ways. Our focus must remain on Jesus and the Word of God at all times. According to I John 5:3-5 it is our faith and our belief in Jesus that gives us the victory in this world. If you want peace in this world, keep your focus on Jesus and His word. You can and will always triumph through Him!
Revelation 3:20, Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. Jesus stands at our hearts door. Are we perceptive to hear Him knocking? What a change in your life when you do answer Him! He loves you! www.briananddanamoomey.com
Luke 11:9-10, So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Asking is saying a prayer, seeking is more persistent and knocking goes into a deeper persistent using more effort. The important thing to remember is to ask in the faith and in the name of Jesus and don't doubt or give up!
Pastor Sicko and Pastor Brian share about God's fire still burning in their bones. You have to stir yourself up continually and make a decision to serve Christ daily. Never let the flame go out or die down. Keep your passion and faith in the truth of God's Word and serve Him everyday. There is great joy in serving the Lord!
here are no words to describe the peace, love and joy you have when you have a personal relationship with Father God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I pray for everyone to come to the saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He loves each and everyone of you. Let Him be your peace, your joy, your righteousness. Let Him show you His great love that He has for you! What will you do to get to know Him? Read my book, To Know Him, under the Free Book Tab on this website.
Ephesians 5:20, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Being thankful is an act of giving thanks. Tell Jesus how grateful you are for saving you, tell Him how thankful you are for your family, friends and let Him know how thankful you are for simply who He is! A thankful heart rejoices! 2 Corinthians 2:14, I am grateful that God always makes it possible for Christ to lead us to victory. Give thanks to Him with a grateful heart!
