Due to the lack of truth in the end times, many will be deceived and their love for God will grow cold. Who in your life can speak truth to you or say no? We must keep our zeal, walk in love, seek God first, endure and allow God to discipline and correct us when we need it. Hebrews 12:7-8
If I want to remain in love in the end times, I must lay down my life for Jesus. Am I willing to give up this life for eternal life? What will the Lord find me doing when He returns? Matthew 24:12 says the love of many will grow cold in the end times. We must stay in the faith and stay in love and endure until the end. We must rise above being lukewarm and remain zealous for Jesus.
Matthew 24 continues to tell us not to be deceived and that the love of many will grow cold. What we must do is persevere, not compromise and endure until the end. When you remove truth you remove boundaries. Matthew 24:37 tells us right before Jesus returns the time will be like the days of Noah. We must maintain our walk with Jesus and keep watching for Jesus to return. Luke 21:27, Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
Matthew 24:12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. In these end times we must not let the iniquity or lawlessness of this world cause our love walk to grow cold. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and strength and love your neighbor as yourself. Amen!
Matthew 24 talks about what will happen before Jesus returns in the end times. Verse 12 talks about more lawlessness in the end times and because of that the love of many will grow cold but verse 13 tells us that if we will endure until the end we will be saved. We need to remember to stay with the One who keeps us walking in truth, Jesus! Will Jesus find faith or faithfulness in me when He returns? Stay with Truth, Jesus!
Will Jesus find faith or faithfulness on the earth when He returns? In Luke 18:1-9, the widow woman was persistent in asking the unjust judge to avenge her of her adversary. She was so persistent that the unjust judge finally gave her what she wanted. In the end times we must be just as persistent and willing to "stick with it" until Jesus, our Savior, returns for us. We must be willing to persevere and not quit no matter how hard it gets. Stay praying and stay faithful until He returns!
Matthew 13:24-30, The Kingdom of heaven if likened unto a man which sowed good see in his field...... My field is my life and the good seed is Jesus.
Matthew 13:36-43, Jesus teaches the disciples about the tares and the wheat. We should be wheat not a tare. Be wheat and a light to the world. Just be light and share the Gospel to the a dying and hurting world. Live the truth of the Gospel and be good ground.
Matthew 6:33, Seek the Kingdom of God first then all these things shall be added to you. Become the treasure of God's eye and be a vessel of honor. You are known by your fruit, Luke 6:44. Your dual purpose is to live for God here on earth and lay up treasure in heaven.
You are a Spirit. You have a mind and you live in a body. We must learn to live from our Spirit man and not just from our mind and body.
Jesus is the Gift that keeps on giving! Isaiah 9:6, Unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given.....His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, The Everlasting Father and the Prince of Peace. Jesus has provided all things for us. All we need to do is accept Him as our Lord and Savior!
We all need wisdom for the year 2020. God does not change. His Word is forever settled in the heavens. God is someone you can trust and rely on because He does not change Proverbs 9:10 says the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Fear God and seek His face for 2020!
Ecclesiastes 11:4, He who observes the wind will not sow, And he who regards the clouds will not reap. Don't observe the wind, ignore the clouds and continue to sow into the lives of others. We don't completely know all the ways of God. Trust in Him and seek those things which are above. Make a commitment to sow the Word of God into the lives of others!
Without a focus or vision for your life, you can be easily distracted. Our focus must be clear or sharp in the purpose or plan God has for our life. Philippians 3:13-14 (ASV) .....but one thing I do, forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal unto the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Are we willing to press in or strain toward the things of God? Jesus is calling!
