A tribute to those who lost their lives and those who sacrificed to save lives on 9/11/2001.
I John 5:11, And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Our testimony is our witness of Jesus in our lives and what He has done! Everyone who has accepted Jesus as their Savior has a testimony. Always be ready to share your testimony of Jesus in your life with everyone you come in contact with!
In Luke 8:40-56 tells us how Jesus raised a little girl from the dead and healed a woman with an issue of blood. Both the father of the little girl and the woman came to Jesus for healing. Jesus is always able and ready to meet any crisis and defy unbelief and impossibilities. Whatever situation you are in, Jesus asks us to believe and have faith in Him! Don't stop believing!
Philippians 3:10, that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, ...... God loves you. He will forgive you of any sin. It is never too late to come to Christ. To know Him and the power of His resurrection is the greatest gift and it's free! Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so!
We have been redeemed with the precious blood of Jesus. Romans 5:8, But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Jesus shed His own blood so we could be free from sin and have a relationship with our heavenly Father. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life!
The precious blood of Jesus has redeeming power (Acts 20:28), cleansing power (I John 1:7), peace through His blood (Colossians 1:20), reconciling power (Ephesians 2:13), overcoming power (Revelation 12:11), song inspiring power (Revelation 5:9-14) and applying the blood of Jesus has power. There is power in the blood!
God is Jehovah Jireh, my Provider, Jehovah Rapha, my Healer, Jehovah Nissi, my Banner, Jehovah Shalom, my Peace, Jehovah Raah, my Shepherd, Jehovah Tsidkenu, my Righteousness and Jehovah Shammah, the Lord is Here. He is ever present in my life and He will never leave me nor forsake me. I can trust in Him all the days of my life. Meditate on the names of God and let Him be who He says He is in your life.
Daniel chapter 12 tells us about End Time Prophecy. Today we started laying a foundation about End Times. Jesus is coming back and we are in the End Times. We will continue to teach on End Times and talk about what is happening and what is going to happen in these last days.
Today we are talking about End Times from the book of Matthew chapter 24. God gives us signs and we are seeing those signs come to past right before our very eyes. Deception, wars, rumors of wars, famines, pestilences, earthquakes, offense, betrayal, hated for the name of Jesus, sin abounding and your love growing cold. These are just a few things from the word of God that we see coming to past now!
We continue with the signs of the End Times in 2 Timothy 3:1-17. Verse one says in the Amplified Bible, But understand this, that in the last days will come (set in) perilous times of great stress and trouble [hard to deal with and hard to bear]. God warns us what is to come, what to look for and how people will act. 2 Timothy 2 encourages us to stay steady and endure hardness as a good soldier. Stay close to Jesus!
2 Timothy 3:3 continues to tell us what to watch for in the end times. People will be unloving, unforgiving, false accusers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. At the end of 2 Timothy 3, Paul encourages us to continue in the things of God that we have learned. We are to remain patient, walking in love, in the faith knowing the Bible is God's inspired word to us!
Are you ready for the rapture of the church? Matthew 24:42-44 tells us keep watch because we don't know what day Jesus will come. Jesus is coming. Our job is to watch, wait and be ready. We keep right on serving the Lord with all of our strength each day until He comes!
